Delivery areas
We deliver across all of Pakistan through trusted courier partners. If your area is remote or hard to reach, delivery may take a little longer — we'll let you know if that's the case.
Delivery timeframe
Orders are usually delivered within 2–4 working days of dispatch. Remote locations may take up to 5–7 working days. Delivery times exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Order processing
We confirm every order by call or WhatsApp before dispatch, so what arrives is exactly what you ordered. Orders are processed within 1–2 working days of confirmation.
Tracking your order
Registered customers can check status under My Orders. Ordered as a guest? Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll update you.
Possible delays
Delivery can occasionally be delayed by weather, peak seasons (sales, Eid), courier backlogs, or incorrect address details. We'll keep you informed if anything affects your order.
Failed or refused delivery
Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. If a delivery fails due to an unreachable number or wrong address, our courier will attempt redelivery. Repeated failed COD attempts may affect future COD eligibility.
Damaged on arrival
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or refund — see our Return Policy.
