01 — Overview

Our promise

If something is not right with your order, you can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. We confirm every order before dispatch, so problems are rare — but when they happen, we make it right.

02 — Eligibility

What can be returned

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following:

  • Requested within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
  • In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
03 — Exceptions

Items we cannot accept

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Innerwear, socks, and other intimate apparel.
  • Used or assembled gym and fitness equipment.
  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products.
  • Clearance or final-sale items (clearly marked at checkout).
  • Nutritional supplements and consumables once opened.
04 — How to start

Requesting a return

Starting a return takes a minute:

  • Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and the reason for return.
  • Our team confirms eligibility and shares the return or pickup instructions.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  • Hand it to our courier or drop it at the address we provide.

Tip: Keep the item unused and the packaging intact until your return is confirmed — it keeps the process quick and avoids delays.

05 — Refunds

How refunds work

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Card / online payments: refunded to the original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): refunded via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash to the account you provide.
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
06 — Exchanges

Size & product exchanges

Need a different size or color? Let us know when you request the return. Exchanges are subject to stock availability — if the item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit instead.

07 — Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives wrong

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — including any shipping costs — at no charge to you.

08 — Return shipping

Who pays for return shipping

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility. For damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items, Sportigo covers the return shipping in full.
