Our promise
If something is not right with your order, you can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. We confirm every order before dispatch, so problems are rare — but when they happen, we make it right.
What can be returned
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following:
- Requested within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
- In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Items we cannot accept
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Innerwear, socks, and other intimate apparel.
- Used or assembled gym and fitness equipment.
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products.
- Clearance or final-sale items (clearly marked at checkout).
- Nutritional supplements and consumables once opened.
Requesting a return
Starting a return takes a minute:
- Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and the reason for return.
- Our team confirms eligibility and shares the return or pickup instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Hand it to our courier or drop it at the address we provide.
Tip: Keep the item unused and the packaging intact until your return is confirmed — it keeps the process quick and avoids delays.
How refunds work
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Card / online payments: refunded to the original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): refunded via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash to the account you provide.
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Size & product exchanges
Need a different size or color? Let us know when you request the return. Exchanges are subject to stock availability — if the item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit instead.
